They specialize in manufacturing and supplying the highest quality standard and bespoke wet room and level access shower solutions to the trade and retailers. About the Role: Specialize in managing wet room projects, acting as a liaison between the project manager and the on-site team. Oversee the transition from installation-focused work to a more diverse range of tasks while still being involved in installations when necessary. Train and manage installers, helping with the recruitment and development of a skilled team. Assist with site visits, including taking measurements and providing technical advice on wet room flooring systems. Interface with clients, offering tailored wet room solutions to their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Be an all-rounder with experience in minimal carpentry and plumbing work, as well as being comfortable using various tools.
