Welcome and communicate with guests / customer to present menu, help with recommendations, receive and place orders, and serve food and beverages in a professional / friendly manner. Check with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage. 2. Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items offered by the assigned outlet to assist guests/customers with questions and special requests. 3. Recognize customer dissatisfaction promptly and take action to resolve the situation according to individual level of responsibility and customer feedback / complaint procedures. 4. Responsible for accurate cashiering / foreign exchange / POS transactions at the assigned outlet and comply with all laid down systems, policies and procedures of the Company. 5. Ensure that the service area / outlet is kept clean and tidy at all times and that crockery / cutlery / tables are clean and arranged as per the standard defined procedure. 6. Prepare and close the outlet according to standard opening and closing procedures and re-stock tableware and other supplies. 7. Assist in collecting, loading and delivery of items to the outlets and perform other related duties as required. 8. Apply the QHSE policy / system established in accordance with international standards and execute all responsibilities according to the department work procedures.
