Role: Gatehouse Security Officer Location: Staffordshire Pay rate: £10.42 Per Hour Shift times: Thursday 1730 to 0830 Saturday 0600 to 1900 Sunday 0700 to 1900 Benefits Free parking and uniform provided Working in a distribution/logistics environment your primary role will be to ensure the security and safety of people and client assets while delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves security officer responsibilities and duties to include gatehouse, patrols, access and egress control, vehicle searches. You will be an ambassador of the Company and Client to the public and employees therefore this role demands professional approach dealing with all security related issues in a calm professional manner. Main Duties for the Gatehouse Security officer: Be vigilant, ensuring safe and secure environment. Ensuring safety and security of our clients building and assets by carrying out all duties in full adherence of site Assignment Instructions Writing complete and accurate Incident Reports and taking appropriate action as required on all reports. Working as part of the customers team to deliver excellent security and customer service. Liaising with emergency services and other third-party organisations Patrols, locking and unlocking premises, gatehouse, person & vehicle searches, access & egress. Build professional relationships with clients by being friendly and effective in your role.
