Social Worker - Adult's Hospital Care Team - Hybrid Working

West Midlands

A local authority in the West Midlands are seeking a locum social worker to join an adults hospital care and discharge team. If you are an experienced social worker looking to commence work in an adult's services team ASAP, please see the details below!

They can offer:

Flexible work options - Hybrid working from the office, hospital or home.
Low caseloads - Approx 10-15 cases.
Training provided - even for locum staff!
Managing the full process: You will be covering the case through the entire process, giving you more control and more time to develop meaningful relationships with the vulnerable adults you are supporting!

They require:

Experience in an adult's service team in a Social Work setting
Social Work England registration
DBS on the update service
Available to commence ASAP
