LEAD INFORMATION Job Title Snr Sales Negotiator Site location - Mold Responsible to - Sales Manager Purpose of the role - You will proactively seek opportunities to generate market appraisals, viewings, sales and increase revenue, following company procedures and legislative requirements. Manage relationships with clients and applicants through effective communication that are accurately recorded in Alto. Client brief Our client is a long-standing estate agency with multiple branches providing excellent service for buyers and sellers using years of knowledge and practices from experienced sales negotiators to maintain a fantastic reputation in the sector. KEY INFORMATION Reason for vacancy - Continued growth Contract - Permanent Basic pay - £23,000 (rising to £24,000 basic salary upon successful completion of NAEA qualification) + Commission Shifts - Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm Holidays - 20 days plus public holidays RESPONSIBILITIES The role As a Snr Sales Negotiator your responsibilities will include. Sales Negotiator duties: Provide leadership and guidance to resolve any issues relating to complex sales and complaints, and support as required by handling sales and communications. Work as part of the Sales team arranging viewings & market appraisals, agreeing & managing sales progression working to appropriate Sales Team Targets Ensure the Sales Team manage sales activities are managed according to company standards, with attention to timescales, accuracy and completeness. Generate market appraisals from telephone leads, viewings and emails from Rightmove minimum 1 hour per appointment Follow up all viewings and feedback outcome to Vendors in accordance with KPI targets Process sales in accordance with company policy and current legislation, in particular Money Laundering requirements, and refer to Mortgage Company and Move with Us. Newly instructed properties to be checked for suitability as an investment property, and, if appropriate, referred to Lettings. All sales to be managed in accordance with company policies and KPI s, ensuring Vendors & Purchasers are kept fully updated with the current situation, and any issues identified are promptly resolved. Ensure all communications with the company are handled promptly and effectively. Skills, Qualifications & Attitude: Knowledge of Estate Agency compliance regulations and legislation essential MS Office Word & Excel essential Knowledge of Alto software an advantage Demonstrable inspirational leadership skills Self-motivated, well-organised and demonstrable initiative and attention to detail Sales focus with positive attitude to income generation Good time management and the ability to prioritise Ability to work under pressure when work load demands Good communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance appropriate to the role Driving Licence essential
