My client is delivering large scale apartment projects across the Salford region. They are currently in the market for a Senior Site Manager to work on a £50 million+ large high end residential project in Salford which involves the construction of 540 apartments across a large RC frame blocks high rise building along with a large built-in car park.
The Site Manager they are looking for will ideally have a stable work history and have a main building background with proven experience of fit out of internal buildings. Experience working for a main building contractor on student accommodation or apartment's projects ideally.
The site manager they are looking for have experience in delivering internal to high quality standards. They would like full project understanding, having proven delivery experience of new builds. As a site manager being involved in the full project life cycle and following the specifications of a new build project you will be responsible for all aspects of the build process from foundations to superstructure, externals, and internal fitout.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible to coordinate the sub-contracting trades and labour on site ensuring all are adhering to the tightest health and safety procedures. These are fast moving projects with times scales and budgets to be met.
