GEZE UK now has a full time vacancy for a Service Estimator in our London South Team. As a Service Estimator you will provide full and varied support by responding to customer support calls and liaising with your team of regionally based technicians to complete onsite service works. In addition you will support sales order processing and customer reporting activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained. The Role includes: Logging new calls/customer liaison via SAP Service Module Daily planning and allocation of service technicians Housekeeping of SAP database, sites, equipment etc. Creating sales orders and booking out parts required Invoicing completed works Dealing with returned stock from technicians Assisting with invoice queries/credit note request forms Creating quotes for new works/repairs Liaising with other departments where required General administrative duties as required to support the operation of the Service department Requirements: Previous experience of working in a varied administrative role in a busy environment. A good working knowledge of the MS Excel, Word and Outlook. Professional and courteous telephone manner with ability to build strong relationships. Good communication and team working skills are essential. The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
