Your Company:The team at NET Professional are working closely with a leading Audio-Visual provider, who are searching for a Service Engineer in the London area to set up and service innovative Audio-Visual equipment for businesses. This company is an award-winning Audio-Visual provider, who are expanding rapidly, due to recent and ongoing success over the last decade and pride themselves on their ability to deliver effective solutions to their clients for their communication and technological needs. Reporting in to the Service Delivery Manager, this opportunity will provide full training and support for the successful applicant.Your Role & Responsibilities:While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to: Servicing a range of clients, primarily covering the London area, with occasional travel to other parts of the UK and Europe where required Working as part of the Service Team with responsibility for onsite fault finding and diagnostic work Servicing a wide range of Audio Visual hardware and software solutions for a range of commercial clients Collating reports of daily activities that have been completed, including any issues and troubleshooting that has been undertaken Providing advice, support and training to end users Preparation for Planned Preventative Maintenances on & off siteWhat you will need to Apply:For this position, it is vital you have a strong working knowledge of how to wire, install and configure a variety of AV & Video Conferencing systems, including creative fault-finding and providing preventative measures.You will need to hold a UK Drivers License and you should be comfortable reading schematics, with drawings & wiring diagrams being an area of knowledge. You should be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and keen on building customer relationships.
