Exeter

We are currently assisting our client, a well established family-owned commercial vehicle company in recruiting a Senior Service Advisor to join their team in Exeter.

The successful candidate will be working within and alongside the Service and Parts Teams and HGV Technicians. As the role is based in the Service Reception area, company uniform will be provided

Duties:

Ensure the service admin duties are controlled and processed to a high standard.
Planning of Servicing Schedules, Tacho and MOT bookings.
Job Creation and obtaining and updating of Order numbers
Retail invoicing.
Ensure that the customer experience is kept to a high standard.
Meeting KPI targets.
Working within and alongside the Service and Parts Teams and HGV Technicians.

About You:

Experience in similar positions at supervisory/management level would be advantageous.
You will hold strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
You will have the ability to develop and manage teams within a fast paced workshop environment.
You need to be pro-active and take pride in what you do.
You will have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and be engaged with training.
You will have an interest in pursuing a career within the Commercial Vehicle industry.

Basic Hours:

Monday to Friday8.00am - 6.00pm with hour unpaid lunch

Every third Saturday mornings 8.00am - 12 noon
