Role - Senior Interior Architect (Residential and commercial) Salary - £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Type - Permanent Location - London My client is a well-known Interior Architecture and design practice and works within luxury residential and commercial interiors; looking to take on an enthusiastic Senior Interior Architect on a permanent basis in London. The Senior Interior Architect will ideally have the following attributes: Degree qualified in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design 6+ years experience in the industry Excellent knowledge and proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite Broad knowledge and understanding of design styles and trends Experience at a Senior Designer level with good knowledge of running high-end projects Be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail Excellent time management skills Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written The Senior Interior Architect role will involve: Taking lead and managing the team across all stages of the project and report back throughout Creating mood boards, drawings, fabric schemes and presentations Developing initial proposals to include existing and proposed layouts Being involved in building strong relationships with their clients throughout the creative process.
