Job Description

Our vision is a world where all pets are well cared for in loving homes for life. To achieve this, we not only provide care for pets in need, but also help people be the best pet owners they can be.

Woodgreen has established corporate partnerships with several medium to large companies across a range of sectors, and more recently we have secured our first major strategic corporate partnership. We are now looking to take our corporate partnerships income to the next level by recruiting a Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager.

This is a new role that will report into the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships with responsibility for developing and implementing the corporate partnerships strategy. With initial line management of a Corporate Partnerships Manager, there is scope to further grow the team as plans develop.

Working with the Partnerships and Philanthropy teams, the postholder will lead the growth of existing corporate partnerships and lead research and development of new corporate business prospects and opportunities.

We are looking for an ambitious, confident and enthusiastic professional with a strong track record of growing, retaining and extending corporate partnerships. You will play a critical role in springboarding our wider plans for significant and sustainable income growth across high value income streams.

You will be personally responsible for securing five and (in time) six figure multi-year partnerships and driving new business growth from a range of sources, including multi-year strategic partnerships, commission and sponsorship.

You will enjoy the creative challenge of developing a compelling proposition for corporate partners, and ensuring that this is supported by robust cultivation and stewardship plans. You will have an enthusiastic and collaborative attitude to working with colleagues across the organisation, inspiring them to share compelling stories and showcase our work to corporate partners.

If you are passionate about pets and building sustainable strategic partnerships, then we want to hear from you!

The starting salary for this position is £43,108 - £47,898 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also be offered;

  • 36 days annual leave entitlement (inclusive of bank holidays) which will increase with length of service to a maximum of 40 days
  • Up to 8% employer pension contributions (based on employee contribution level)
  • Support towards healthcare costs (cashplan) and wellbeing
  • Free access to Headspace
  • Life assurance scheme (4 x salary)

This vacancy may close earlier should we receive high volumes of applications and interviews may commence prior to the closing date.
