Technical Sales Engineer
Due to changes our client requires a Technical Sales Engineer to cover Wales and Northern England and Scotland, to manage a portfolio of Clients and achieve growth through new business.
They have been established for over 80 years, manufactures from concept, design to solution and Installation of
Refrigeration & Catering Equipment. Having Customers across the UK and Worldwide. This is a fantastic

? Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 with uncapped bonus
? Bonus between 5 ? 10 % paid quarterly
? Company Car Allowance up to £7,000.

As the Technical Sales Engineer you will be covering a geographical area on Wales and Northern England and
Scotland. You will be responsible for managing a Client Base and achieving 20 % growth from new business
development within the Refrigeration and Catering Sector. Delivering a Solution based sale of Capital Equipment
into key clients within various Sectors.
Ideally the Technical Sales Engineer will have previously worked in the Refrigeration /Catering Sector and be
able to demonstrate an understanding of technical products and solutions. In addition they will need:
? Product/Technical Knowledge of Catering & Refrigeration Equipment
? An Engineering background
? Proven Sales Achievements and Business Growth
? Have an electrical background
? Be technically minded
? Self-Motivated and have the ability to manage their time
? Be able to liaise with all levels of Client to Board Level
? Have a full /clean driving licence
? Ideally will live in either the Midlands or Lancashire/Yorkshire areas.
It is desirable that you will have previously worked as an Engineer or Business Development / Account Manager
within a Technical Sales Environment therefore your skill set and experience will be ideal for this
opportunity as a technical Sales Engineer .
