Responsible for key accounts in private clinics, governmental and private hospitals in the assigned territory.
Effectively manage and direct the team to maximize efficiencies
Achieve objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyze data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
Will be responsible for Handling team, Coaching and mentoring them from time to time.
Build Sales talent pool.
Plan activities and workshops to build up strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
Promote the products range of the company for Customers.
Ensure that the team work cross functionally with executives from other internal departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR Client Servicing and Service) to ensure comprehensive management of the sales cycle (from identifying prospects to collecting payments).
Provide inputs to Marketing department on the basis of his sales market intelligent to build strong Marketing strategy
Will be responsible for Territory target and will be responsible to push sales team to achieve Sales and collection target.
Handover of Resigned Sales employee- Any sales staff resigning. ensure the handover formalities is completed within the notice period of the respect resigned staff and takes over complete responsibility of respective sales resigned staff territory in handover process. The same needs to be in align with Accounts and HR department processes.
Ensure all Sales staff works closely with him in terms of Sales target and further monitor them on monthly basis and provide MIS reports on monthly basis to Management and Accounts department.
