Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Native or Professional Russian Speaker is a MUST
  • 1-2 years of Real Estate agent experience is a MUST
  • Candidates experienced in Dubai Real Estate market preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling and leasing property in Dubai.
  • Should have innovative marketing skills and capable of handling multiple marketing channels.
  • Should have leasing experience with OFFPLAN units RERA Certification is an advantage.
  • Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paper work Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultant
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
