WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Oversee the smooth running of the sales function across all live and upcoming developments ensuring a seamless customer journey Manages delivery and ongoing presentation of show homes and sales studio s for developments, organising resources to achieve Group Standards. Manage the database of CRM activity and promote continuous improvement, as measured by KPI performance Provide concise reporting on all aspects of sales/legal completions Provide input to marketing campaigns for current and future developments Ensure exceptional levels of customer service are achieved throughout the entire home buyer journey Delivering a strong sales performance through effective management of the Sales Advisor team Involvement in recruiting new Sales Advisors and the ongoing training and development of the entire team Prepare staffing rotas for developments, ensuring that all holidays, sickness, etc., are suitably covered Work closely with the development and marketing team to ensure their sales process is tailored to customers' needs and exceeds their expectations Continuously monitor the new homes property market and identify new sales opportunities Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies and procedures and company practices, values and systems SKILLS REQUIRED Has demonstrable experience of sales delivery in a service environment, either in a similar role or as a high performing Sales Advisor Offers a motivational approach and demonstrates excellent leadership skills Is focused on managing, coaching and developing the team to achieve their full potential Demonstrates exceptional communication and customer service skills Has experience of cost control and planning, prioritising and organising multiple tasks to meet targets in a fast-paced environment Has an excellent knowledge of the UK property market Has a full UK driving licence INTERESTED?
