WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers to understand their needs and requirements Listening skills, questioning skills, empathy, product demonstration and closing skills Carry out all aspects of the day-to-day running of the site sales studio, ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered throughout the home buyer journey Ensure that the general presentation of the site and that of the sales studio is maintained to a high standard Achieve qualified sales reservations and meet or exceed sales targets, as well as efficiently progress reservations through to exchange of contracts and legal completion Guide potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots and sites to fully demonstrate the product Ensure that all relevant information required to be able to offer full and accurate information to purchasers is available and maintained at all times Maintain accurate records using clients in-house CRM system Liaise with purchasers, solicitors and financial advisers on a regular basis Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently Ability to travel to all sales sites, including the head office, and can be flexible with travel sometimes at short notice Willing and able to work weekends and bank holidays Represent clients brand to the highest of standards at all times Proactively work with the Sales Manager and the wider team to suggest ideas to achieve increased sales Continuously monitor the market and identify new sales opportunities SKILLS REQUIRED Has proven experience of delivering sales in a service environment, such as housebuilding, retail, hospitality, banking or an estate agency Can thrive on challenges, be resilient and remain driven to achieve personal and organisational targets Has a collaborative approach with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with different types of people Has demonstrable organisation skills and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Encourages and supports people in the team, sharing knowledge and best practices Shares our passion and enthusiasm for providing a first-class customer experience Has existing knowledge of the North East and Yorkshire property market INTERESTED?
