This exciting opportunity will oversee a stunning Residential home based in the Newark area of Nottinghamshire. This role would suit an established Manager looking to expand their knowledge and take on a new exciting challenge!The ideal candidate for this role will: Have experience of leadership and staff supervision within a Children's Residential Home. Have a sound knowledge of Ofsted requirements. Have an NVQ in Health & Social Care Level 5, or be currently working towards this.Reporting to the Regional Manager, this is a full-time role typically Monday-Friday and some on-call duties as and when required.
