RECRUITMENT RESOURCER

Location - Sheffield.

Working Pattern: On site then hybrid

Role: Training + commission + benefits offered. Scope to progress to a full consultant position long term.

Overall Aim

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful branch in Sheffield or Leeds. The role will involves speaking to candidates over telephone so a confident and professional phone manner is definitely needed! This will be within the Engineering desk.

Job Duties:

• This recruitment role will mainly focus on quality telephone screening and qualifying candidates, as well as the administration and compliance required around recruitment.
• Head-hunting candidates on job board portals and potentially conducting interviews and updating the CRM systems
• Administration and compliance of temp / or perm workers

• Client interaction as/when needed to provide support and timely updates
• Using innovative outreach approaches to target top talent
• Providing support to the top billers in the business
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
• Organising interviews and providing feedback

Main Skills:

• Strong accountability for owning and developing the talent pool, with a long-term view of helping them build their careers
• An exceptional ability to listen, consult, seek to understand candidate needs and aspirations
• High motivation and curiosity to understand people - their career drivers, interests and motivations
• Articulates themselves clearly and confidently
• Financially driven and wants to earn great commission
