Reception TA - Long term Reception TATeaching Assistant required for a maternity post - Wirral Your new companyYou will be working as a Teaching Assistant in a one form entry Primary School based on the Wirral. This Primary School has strong ties in the community and are looking for the right person to cover a Maternity Leave until January 2024.Your new roleYou will be a Teaching Assistant in this reception class where you will support the class teacher with behaviour management, small group interventions, leading your own phonics sessions and providing any one to one support where necessary.Full-time, 5 Days per week. What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in this role as a Teaching Assistant you must have recent experience working in a Primary School. You will have a good understanding of the national curriculum and be confident enough to lead your own phonics sessions to small groups.What you'll get in returnThis is a Long term role with a view to being made permanent at Christmas 2023 for the right candidate.
