We are currently looking for a confident and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our friendly team. This challenging role within a growing business could be a great step for anyone with a passion for customer service looking for their next opportunity!
You will be working in a diverse, fast-paced environment with a young, dynamic and enthusiastic team. The ideal candidate must be well-presented, have exceptional organisational skills, use their initiative and have the ability and personality to build rapport with all guests.
Your duties will be (but not limited to):
Assisting the Reception Manager in the running and organisation of the reception department
To ensure the customer journey is delivered to every guest who walks into our hotel
To assist with reception shifts, checking guests in, out, responding to enquires and promoting a positive atmosphere
To work as a duty manager ensuring the hotel is kept at it's best, helping guests, and resolving any issues
To lead by example when on shift and support the receptionists in their duties
To promote the hotel and business wherever possible
Previous experience in a hotel environment, a great attitude and passion for delivering a personable guest journey are a must! The role is 24 hours per week, over 3 days including weekends. A typical shift will be 14.30pm to 22.30pm but you will also, occasionally be required to work alternative shifts.
