Quantity Surveyor (Various Grades) for Our Client's Commission in Chester. Offers hybrid working. Our client, a renowned consultancy, is looking for highly skilled Quantity Surveyors of varying grades to join their team for their commission in Chester. The ideal candidate must possess a keen eye for detail and have excellent communication and analytical skills to take on this role successfully. Requirements: - BSc in Quantity Surveying preferred but not essential - MRICS accreditation highly preferred - Previous experience in quantity surveying for construction projects - Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills - Sound knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and design Responsibilities: - Assist with pre-contract estimates - Preparing tender and contract documents - Evaluating tenders and making recommendations - Manage and keep track of project costs - Report directly to the Project Manager - Manage client relationships and maintain key communication Salary: The salary for this position is negotiable and will be dependent on experience, qualifications, and performance in the assessments.
