Property Damp and Mould Maintenance Supervisor £40,000 - £43,000 Feltham, West London with travel to multiple sites in the surrounding areas Monday - Friday. Role Duties; To drive operative performance and maximise productivity of the Damp & Mould team. To ensure appointments are made and kept by working together with the Damp & Mould Co-ordinator to identify and prevent blockages. To manage all Operative absences, holidays and time keeping. To motivate, supervise, develop and train Operatives. To provide technical support to the Co-ordinator and Operatives where needed. To work with the complaints team to address any resident dissatisfaction and oversee to resolution. Ensure that the quality of work undertaken by the team meets the required technical standards and secures customer satisfaction. Take a lead role on health and safety matters. Building strong working relationships with all stakeholders including customers, Operatives and Managers. Taking on board queries and requested changes. Actively make suggestions for improvements. Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications; Knowledge of industry-standard techniques and products for damp and mould remediation Proven experience of the construction/facilities management industry, including trades, materials, processes, and health & safety. Able to complete material and quantity measuring.
