Do you have experience in the Multi-Utilities sector? Are you able to understand, manage and oversee large scale utilities works? This well-established consultancy work on a range of construction and development projects for a wide array of sectors including; Residential developments, Commercial spaces, and Retail projects. This could be anyone from Junior Coordinator level up to Associate Director of Utilities. In this role you will be liaising with suppliers and utilities contractors, getting quotes, overseeing both service divergence and new capacities as well as the coordination of the utilities service. Other tasks include but are not limited to producing utilities reports for new developments, project managing reinforcement schemes with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation as well as valuing engineering assessments on proposed diversions to minimise cost and programme risks.
