Life Skills Programme Manager Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not for Profit are working with an established charity to find a Life Skills programme manager to join their team on an exiting programme. If you have experience in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation, we encourage you to apply for this Programme Manager position. As the Programme Manager, you will have the opportunity to support educators and young people to make the most of the free Life Skills curriculum-linked employability resources. You will be responsible for developing and managing key stakeholder relationships with Barclays and Educational personnel and organising and facilitating the delivery of a series of workshops in specific secondary schools and colleges. The role is four days a week (28 hours) during term time only (term time only is 39 working weeks and 13 non-working weeks during school holidays). You will spend your time mostly out and about delivering life skills lessons in schools and colleges and some of your time spent completing administration tasks and preparation for the following weeks. You will be required to drive and be willing to travel regularly across South Wales. What the Life Skills Programme Manager will be doing: Support educators and young people to make the most of free life skills and employability linked resources Facilitate the delivery of a series of workshops in specific secondary schools and colleges, supported wherever possible by Barclays staff volunteers. Build relationships with key programme personnel, Chrysalis Research specialists, and Barclays in-class volunteers. Develop and maintain relationships with key educational personnel in an agreed number of target schools/colleges in South Wales. What the Life Skills Programme Manager will need: Experience in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver engaging and instructive presentations and workshops.
