LEAD INFORMATION Job Title - Production Operative Site location - Stockport Responsible to - Production Manager Responsible for - Safe operation of all equipment provided to support the site production process Client brief Our client is a long standing family run business specializing in the production and distribution of diary products. PRODUCTION OPERATIVE - KEY INFORMATION Reason for vacancy - Increased demand Contract - Temporary to permanent Basic pay - £10.50ph Shifts - Monday to Friday 8am to finish (usually around 4.30pm but can be later also depending on site workload) Breaks - 15-minute morning break, half hour lunch break Overtime - £10.50ph Bonus s - None Holidays - Accrual Facilities - Canteen, staff parking Additional - Training available to further your experience RESPONSIBILITIES The Production Operative role As a production operative you are responsible for your part in the dairy production process usually operating machinery on lines or working between the warehouse and the loading areas. Regularly working in the chill (cold environment).
