Seeking experienced / semi - skilled staff members to join an industry leader in the manufacture, testing, treating, plating, and reconditioning of precious metals.A genuine and practical interest in all metals / quality inspection would have a very positive impact on your application, with some experience of plating, handling precious metals and knowledge of chemicals and solutions also would suffice.Hours of Work:" Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:40" Friday 07:00-11:00" Must be flexible to complete 12-hour shifts in peak and busy periodsPay rate:" £10.42 per hour" Shift premium and Overtime available" Increase avaiable once permenantThe duties of a Process Operato include:" Plating" Benchwork/Finishing products" Quality checking and Fault finding" Cleaning, Polishing and Buffing" Quality inspection" AnodisingTo be a successful Process Operator you must have the following experience and skills:" Experience handling metals (Silver, Copper, Tin)" Willing to learn and be involved in training sessions" Attention to detail and Quality inspection" Hands on/practical mindset" Must be able to use measuring tools and handheld tools" Good Mathematics is essentialAs a successful Process Operator for our client, will get in return:" Mentor training" Free hot drinks" Early finish on a FridayIf you feel that you have suitable experience for the Process Operator position, please click apply or email
