Just let us know on your application if you wish to work part time Relocation package available (terms and conditions apply) To support the Senior Asset Operations Manager in maintaining the Authority to Operate for allocated facilities, and maximising availability of assets to programme demanders. There is a possibility that this role will require shift working. Successful Candidates will be responsible for: Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player. Ensuring operators/residents work within Safe Operating Envelope (SOE)/Safe Operating Boundaries (SOB), as defined by the Safety Case/Safety Basis. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to produce and maintain a Facility Safety Justifications for allocated facilities. Liaise with Estate Strategy & Planning, Engineering, Tech Centres and operators/residents to ensure required availability of facility/plant, and any downtime has minimal impact. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to produce and maintain an Emergency Response Plan for allocated facilities. Whilst not to be considered a check list, candidates should be able to demonstrate some of the following: Able to readily adapt and respond quickly to changing situations and the changing needs of others. Ability to identify problems, evaluate options and formulate effective process, system and organisational solutions. Facility and/or process management experience. Financial awareness, delivering value for money and added value. Desirable: NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health, or equivalent qualification in Occupational Safety & Health. ONC/HNC in scientific or engineering discipline, or equivalent qualification. General management (business and people) to manage and resolve complex cross discipline, technical and organisational issues. Ability to interpret corporate plans and objectives and development of specific solutions. Successfully leading, motivating and managing cross functional teams within a highly regulated environment. IWFM qualification is desirable
