The Role My client is looking for the right candidate to oversee Pre-Construction side of the business, to Establish and maintain day to day communication between clients as well as sub-contractors and internal stakeholders to achieve the completion of the workstream. Key Responsibilities: Organization, budget management, ability to prioritise tasks, assertiveness, leadership, strategic thinking, problem solving. Develop plans and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams. Manage team members to ensure project deliverables are met. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Identify and manage risks and issues and develop and implement mitigation plans as necessary. Communicate regular project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and internal teams. Manage documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports. Maintain project tracker through project management software. Develop and maintain accurate records and documentation. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution taking legal measures into account. Oversee Engineering, Procurement and Construction projects. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Perform quality checks of suppliers and negotiate cost-effective prices. Plan and control the preparation of sites prior to commencement of works and throughout project life cycle. Perform audit and surveillance duties on sites operated by partners and sub-contractors Essential Skills Minimum 3 years in a similar role. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively. Proficient in project management tools and software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Commercial awareness: ability to make decisions which are the most beneficial, in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Skills Bachelor s degree in engineering, business, project management, or any other related field. Qualification such as APM PMQ/PPQ or Prince2. ICP / IDNO / DNO management experience.
