Office AdministratorLocation: WythenshaweSalary: Up to £25k Per AnnumWorking Week: OFFICE based Monday-Friday 08.30-17.00pmConnections are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator based in South Manchester. This is a busy role at the heart of the operations department which requires a thorough approach. You would be involved in supporting all aspects of the company's on-site activities and maintaining internal records. You would be required to work independently and take responsibility for all tasks being completed accurately and on time. This company has 40 years' experience in the educational and commercial fit out sector. Responsibilities to include:-

  • Assist with quotes - data entry/change colours/convert to PDF/print off/bind/post
  • Put together packs of drawings, specifications, instructions for fitters
  • Researching the costs of materials, equipment and labour
  • Organise delivery & collection of plant hire & skips
  • Book vans/deliveries
  • General filing & admin
  • Keep online folders up to date
  • Completing O & M manuals
  • Update CRM system
  • Helping with estimates
  • Chasing goods in
  • Booking hotels
  • Speaking to customers and suppliers
  • Answering the telephone when required

Skills required

  • Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Good math skills
  • Attention to detail & thorough approach to set tasks
