Mechanical Fitter/Assembler Your new companyYou will be joining a leading Manufacturing company in Aylesbury that design and manufacture bespoke equipment. They then supply that equipment to large and small businesses all across the globe and across a range of industries. The company has been operating for over 100 years so they are very established and professional.Your new roleYou will be an integral part of the production team by carrying out the fitting and assembly work of pre manufactured parts. You will also adhere to instructions from Engineers and Supervisors. This role also requires participation in continuous improvement projects as well as covering painting operations when necessary.What you'll need to succeedYou must be a hands-on person that works well in a team with an interest in manual work or Engineering.Ideally you will have a formal qualification in Engineering e.g. BTEC/ NVQ or have experience in a Manufacturing environment.
