Urgently looking for Mechanical Engineer Finishing for my client into Paper and Tissue manufacturing Industry. Competencies: Finishing & Converting plant maintenance background and experience of working with cut size sheeters and especially with cross cutter knives. Expertise in Cross cutter knife replacing, adjusting and fine tuning etc. Work experience with special equipment such as Folio, Cut-size sheeter, Ream Wrapping , Case packer, Conveyors, Rewinders, stretch film wrapping and Strapping machineries. Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults. Diagnose breakdown problems. Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly. Carry out quality inspections on jobs. Liaise with client departments, customers and other engineering maintenance and production colleagues. Control maintenance tools, stores, and equipment. Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs. Follow health and safety policies and procedures. Ensure there is continuous follow up of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Qualification: Mechanical Engineering with maintenance background in paper / tissue manufacturing industry.
