The M&E division of a leading main contractor with a strong international presence across sectors delivering notable schemes require a mechanical construction manager to join their London and south east business unit to work on a notable £21m mixed use commercial project in Surrey. Reporting to a senior mechanical project manager you will get involved at the very beginning of the installation phase (gets to site in the next 2-4 weeks) and be involved in managing the project through to completion acting as the most senior electrical manager tasked with managing 2 supervisors, direct labour and specialist subcontractors. The Role Leading on site electrical team Liaising with Directors/Project management Holding client/sub-contractor meetings Ensuring work is per specification Ensuring on site Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
