Role Description The purpose of the role is to support AP process for central distribution. To ensure all suppliers are paid on time. create and manage POs for vendors: review invoice/detailed and complex back up split, check rates and query any incorrect rates with suppliers Manage queries and communications relating to invoices/charges with vendors Manage credit notes and supplier statements Process in SAP and work with finance analyst to split back up, invoice detail into site, cost category information by week KSB1 rec (control check on costs processed) Update trackers (rate checks, fuel tracking, inflation tracking and checks Raise any one-off payments Check CHEP invoices, check dehires, tracking orders, checking pallets in, monthly meetings with sites to review CHEP usage, tracking queries Stock reports Update Sharepoint with weekly stock reports Save down relevant email back up AR process similar to the AP process but for suppliers who deduct. Will involve the same checks. This role can be based in ROI or Hyde and in exceptional circumstances can be remote with regular travel to relevant geographical base.
