• As a Light Vehicle Driver for Car Service Delivery The Second Party’s duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to - : • The Second Party Should Perform an Engine Oil Change service under high-end quality criteria. • The Second Party Will deliver an Engine Oil Change service to the customer's location using a Light Vehicle & mobile application then provide an Engine Oil Change service to the customer's vehicle. • The Second Party Will Collect payments and deliver them to the administration office of the First Party. • The Second Party Will Inspects equipment and arrange for repair or replacement as necessary. • The Second Party Will Serve all orders assigned to them without a limited number of daily orders. • The Second Party Will Travel within a radius of 30KM maximum daily but not limited. • The First Party’s company expects the Second Party, at all times, to adhere to the highest possible ethical standards, and to apply goal-oriented practices. This will help ensure that both Parties maintain and protect their established presence and reputation as market leaders in all aspects of car care services. • Ensuring an effective working relationship with Management, Employees, and Clients, and briefing the managing department promptly on any significant issues arising from those contacts. Conducting any communication with clients, staff in a professional and courteous manner. • Ensure that the Second Party must always wear the provided uniforms only, overall appearance (hair grooming), Hygiene care is mandatory, and conduct is to an appropriate business-like standard at all times. • Problem-solving and troubleshooting within the division as required and constant feedback should be reported to the subordinates.
Basic Salary: 600 AED • - Housing Allowance: 300 AED • - Transport Allowance: 300 AED • - Overtime & Incentives Allowance (Average): 2300 AED • - Incentives Allowance: 3 AED per order • - Total Salary: 3500 AED • - Other Allowances: Light Vehicle, Fuel Fees, SALIK Fees, SIM card with a monthly package, Smart Mobile Device.
