We're looking for a Junior Proposal Development join our Proposals team for a 6 - 12 months contract. As a member of the Premier Research team, you'll help create tangible solutions for patients in need while building cross-functional partnerships that enable your growth and success. What you'll be doing: Advances progress of key data and content repositories used in proposal development Organizes and maintains departmental data tracking such as: The corporate experience database (Salesforce) Proposal content library (Request for Information (RFI) Q&A and company demographics, specifically) Support the preparation of customer facing documents such as experience tables and other informational materials Independently responds to status requests, internal inquiries, and data requests, as appropriate Prepares tables, spreadsheets and other materials, as required Facilitates review and approval of consolidated data and RFI content Maintains confidentiality of business activities Supports the proposal team in daily administrative tasks as needed What we are searching for: A responsive and collaborative approach supporting the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing business Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities with some knowledge of medical terminology.
