IT Service Delivery Manager - Circa £60kpa - Permanent - Trowbridge - Hybrid Working Your new companyHays are working with an organisation based in Trowbridge to recruit a permanent IT Service Delivery manager to join the IT function. The role is permanent, offering a hybrid working pattern of circa 3 days per week on site, the role is paying a salary depending on experience between £50,000 - £60,000pa. You'd be joining the function at an exciting time alongside a few other key new hires, giving the right person a great opportunity to drive forward strategic change and improvement in the IT function. Your new roleWithin the new role you manage the IT service delivery for the organisation, managing existing services and considering new services and improvements, with a customer and user focus as a priority. You will manage the internal service desk team and application support team, ensuring the team is operating efficiently and successfully, in line with SLAs, you will also manage and resolve critical incidents and engage with various third party IT contacts and suppliers. What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role you will need to have worked in a similar IT service management role, with strong ITIL knowledge and experience implementing / managing a service delivery framework. You will need excellent stakeholder skills, internally and externally and have a forward thinking approach.
