Robertson Bell is partnering with a unique charity in Wiltshire who are seeking an Interim Accountant (Transformation) to join them for an initial six month contract. This role can be offered on a hybrid basis.

The main responsibilities of in the Interim Accountant (Transformation) include:

Train the finance team on key financial accounting processes to upskill the well established finance team.
Work on the implementation of the new finance system, including setting up a monthly management accounts production process.
Lead in the ongoing budget monitoring for the organisation.
Work to ensure the correct allocation of costs, workflow approvals, and purchase order systems.
Identify and implement key process improvements.

The successful candidate will be:

A qualified Accountant.
Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Charity SORP.
Experienced in using Xero.
A confident communicator with a proven track record of implementing process improvements.
