Income Customer Service Officer We are looking for an experienced Income Officer to join our clients, Team. You will provide a comprehensive Income management service to the residents, supporting them to maintain their tenancies. Previous court experience and a good understanding of welfare and benefits will be essential for this role. Key Skills and Role requirements • Up to 2 years Housing Management experience • A Recognised qualification in housing management or other relevant degree. • Computer literate with knowledge of Word and Excel packages • Understanding of customer care and quality issues About The Role You will be reporting to the Income Services Manager and will need to have previous experience in a similar role. The client is looking for an individual that can maximise rental incomes while minimising the risk of repossession through all support available. 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with good benefit package and pension contributions.
