HR Administrator Temp Position Rate: £12 - 14 per hour depending on experience Location: Homebased with going to offices 1 day per week St Mary's Street, Huntingdon, Cambs, PE29 3TN (Can be flexibly discussed) Contracted Hours: Full Time 37 or Part-time (25 - 30 hours per week available) We are looking for a highly organised, experienced HR administrator. To support the team in all HR and recruitment administration activities and help to deliver a highly effective and responsive HR service. Supporting HR administrative duties: Placing Adverts, contacting publications Liaising with Recruiting Managers Updating Website and intranet Preparation of Job Packs Recruitment voice mail Application Forms sending, downloading, and processing on return Inputting and Monitoring of all vacancies, updating stats data Preparation of paperwork for short listing, interview letters, references Sending regret letters and Job Offer letters Processing appointment checklists and Contracts of Employment What will you need? Experience of working in a busy office environment/team/HR/Recruitment role, providing a high level of customer service with accuracy and attention to detail. You will demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritise your workload and produce accurate work within deadlines. Be computer literate and knowledge of HR systems. Good communication and interpersonal skills Good attention to detail Able to prioritise their work and work towards deadlines.
