We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced hosthostess to join our front of house team. Our Hosts are the first and last impression made on our guests and are therefore an integral part of what makes Coppa Club so memorable! As a Host you strive to make every individual's day by exceeding expectations and maintaining a consistent and world-class service throughout their time with us.
As Coppa Club Host you will work closely with our central reservations team to manage a busy reservations diary.
About You
As a Coppa Host Hostess, youll be warm, welcoming, and wonderful. As the first point of contact, you're a brilliant organizer who loves interacting with people. Charming and brimming with enthusiasm and information to share with our guests.
Proven experience as a Host within a fast-paced restaurant environment
Previous experience working as a Waiter Waitress
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience working with online booking systems is required (ResDiary preferred)
