An opportunity for a 0-2 solicitor to join a Top 20 international firm as part of its market leading Safety, Health & Environment regulatory team in Manchester.
The role
Working within a team recognised as one of the UK's largest SHE departments
Ranked as a leading team in Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 for both disciplines of Health and Safety and Environmental work
Acting on behalf of clients on a national basis preparing and progressing cases from their early investigative stages, through the enforcement process, and ultimately, to conclusion before the Criminal Courts
Typical cases include corporate manslaughter, health and safety prosecutions and environmental crime
Requirements
0-2 PQE solicitors although candidates outside of this are encouraged to apply
Background in representing companies subject to investigations and prosecutions relating to Health & Safety, food safety, fire safety and Environmental crime
Candidates without this experience who wish to pursue a career in SHE Regulatory crime will be considered - full training will be provided
