Our client is looking for an experienced mobile facilities/carpentry engineer to carry out planned maintenance and building fabric repairs to their clients premises located around Reading and Newbury area.The majority of premises will be commercial offices, schools, council building etcThis will include fixtures, fittings, locks, door furniture, and general handyman duties such as plumbing, painting, decorating etc. as well as recording and carrying out cleaning of spray heads in line with L8 legislation.You will need to have relatable experiences as either a carpenter or painter and decorator with proven knowledge of general handyman services.Due to the nature of some of the properties involved you will either already have DBS clearance or be happy to submit to undergoing a DBS security check.Competitive basic salary and fully expensed vehicle.
