Job title : General Manager

Salary : £ annual gross income

Location : London - Soho

Full-time or Part-time : 5 days per week

Employer is l ooking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to join the team in the Soho Restaurant. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will overtake a variety of responsibilities and duties such as plus 1% standards of customer care, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, and serving restaurant guests.

Requirements and skills

  • Work experience as General or Restaurant Manager role in a restaurant for at least 2 years
  • Coordinate daily front and back of the house restaurant operations
  • Management skills and experience in both front and back of the house
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable, Seven rooms , Fourth Hospitality, etc.
  • Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
  • Deliver superior guest services and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Wines knowledge
  • Participate at local food events
  • Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
  • Organi s e and supervise shifts
  • Manage and lead staff
  • Company policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Manage restaurant supplies
  • Control costs and minimi s e waste
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
  • Communication and team management abilities
  • Health and Safety / Food certifications
  • Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
