Job Title: Office Manager

Location :Chertsey, Staines, Weybridge, Egham, Sunbury, Sloug, New Haw Surrey, London

Salary: £40-45K + Benefits

Evolve Recruitment are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for managing the regional office and facilities requirements and liaising with local teams to provide support with day to day functions. The successful candidate will manage and administer the company car fleet across all territories, developing and aligning company policy with sustainable goals as well as facilitating cost saving strategies across the company. Key Responsibilities:

  • To review and understand the Company Policies within the remit of the Administration team, advising and providing support to employees across all Regions of the business where necessary.
  • To effectively coordinate the on boarding of new offices in line with local regulations, working with other departments to ensure compliance across all disciplines.
  • To standardise office policies throughout the European regional offices.
  • To manage the European company car fleet.
  • To manage and implement cost saving strategies across European regional offices to facilitate the use of group purchasing to include: Company car leasing, Mobile phone networks.
  • To setup (where relevant) and manage all facilities requirements across European regional offices.
  • To develop and manage procurement strategies across Europe and support local territories with their requirements.
  • To develop and maintain excellent relationships with local teams to build solid lines of communication.
  • To effectively manage, communicate and report on specific 'ad-hoc' projects as and when required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Ideally a minimum of 5 years working within a general Office support/Fleet management function
  • Keen eye for detail, ability to work proactively
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Enthusiastic and self motivated, flexible and adaptable attitude.
