Our client is looking to expand their financial modelling team at all levels. This team utilises their financial modelling expertise and combines this with their project finance knowledge to allow their clients to better understand their businesses through their advisory work. If translating complex data into models is something you enjoy and 'Excel' at, then this is the role for you. Role Description: Managing client engagements independently Executing projects and delivering projects to a high-quality standard Provide technical knowledge on project specifics and feeding the teams knowledge gaps to Directors Contributing towards creating innovative solutions to strengthen knowledge Reviews projects to identify lessons learned and enhance future performance Build business relationships across different teams Ensures the team meets client expectations, budgets and profit requirements You will assist in business development to grow new sectors, clients and markets Core industry sectors are renewables, transport, large scale energy and infrastructure The type of modelling work includes: Integrated 3-statement models, DCF models, Operating models Financial forecast, Valuations and Scenario modelling Development of data models to support modelling and analytics deliverables Key skills and experience required: Financial modelling, budgeting, business planning, forecasting and analysis experience Experience in a consulting role in financial services Knowledge of Excel, Power Query, VBA, Python, R and SQL Delivering large-scale financial projects, including designing and implementing financial models An accounting qualification (ACA, ACMA, ACCA) applied in a financial institution
