QUALIFICATIONS:
Property Inspection experience is a plus
General construction knowledge
Availability-daytime hours Monday-Friday for Inspections and training
Must pass Background Check and Drug Screening
Smart Phone required
Dependable vehicle needed
DUTIES:
Route, perform and complete report per inspection in your assigned territory.
Time service deadline, 15-20 days.
Obtain photos of the home, outbuildings and any hazards/deficiencies and when needed, sketch the footprint of the home and any outbuildings. Input information into our proprietary system.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Fees paid per inspection via direct deposit on the 10th and 25th of each month as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
Fee range from $10.00-$20.00 (2 per hour) exterior and $40-$90 (1 per hour) interior.
Inspector is responsible for building inspection schedule, expenses and taxes. EIN is required (Application FREE
