At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Host/Hostess to join the Team.

Situated at one of the capital's most prestigious addresses- where Her Royal Highness, Queen Elizabeth II once used to reside, InterContinental London Park Lane reinvents traditional luxury to present modern and flexible sophistication in the heart of Mayfair. Inspired by its location overlooking the Royal Parks, the hotel delivers elegant natural interiors and award-wining seasonal cuisine.

Our Host/Hostesses are:

• Passionate about delivering great service and great food and drinks
• Have 2 years' experience as a waiter or bartender in a busy restaurant and/or bar, experience leading small teams
• Are confident and show natural leadership capability. Hosts should be able to articulate a restaurant and bar revenue cycle especially focussed on how to manage and retain demand.
• Experience with handling guests queries and complaints

We are committed to offer and provide our Host/Hostesses with a competitive salary and a large range of benefits:

• £28.080 full time salary (£13.50 per hour) plus service charge!
• 28 days holiday each year, including bank holidays, and this increases up to a maximum of 33 days (pro rata).
