Factory Supervisor - Sheffield - £32,000 - £42,000Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a rapidly growing leading manufacturer in Sheffield who are looking to recruit an Factory Supervisor to join their team.As Factory Supervisor, you will lead a team of Operatives and have overall responsibility for the Production output.The business is on track to double in size over the next few years, so it is a very exciting time to join as they continue on this journey.Factory Supervisor Responsibilities:

Setting daily targets and communicating them to the employees
Organising workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Overseeing and coaching employees
Submit reports on performance and progress
Organising the training of new employees and cross training existing
House keeping
Ensure production is out of the door on time
Checking and completing of Time Cards
Checking all machinery is working correctly and any issues are dealt with
Making sure daily checks are completed

Hours: 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday. 30 minute lunch and 15 minute morning breakIn Return You'll Receive:

Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience leading a team
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
A good communicator
Organised and Analytical
