We are currently recruiting or a dynamic, fast-growing property maintenance company. They are seeking an experienced and qualified Electrical Qualified Supervisor to join our team in providing planned and reactive maintenance services for social housing properties Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive electrical maintenance works on social housing properties Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards Carry out site surveys and assessments to identify and diagnose faults and defects, and provide technical advice to colleagues and clients Ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with agreed schedules and budgets Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed to their satisfaction Requirements: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services in social housing settings City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation 18th Edition A 2391 testing and inspection qualification, or equivalent Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and components, and the ability to diagnose and repair faults quickly and efficiently Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders A full UK driving license NICEIC approved (Preferred but not essential) Package: Salary : £33,000 - £46,000 depending on experience Company van and fuel card Private healthcare 21 days' holiday plus bank holidays A bonus scheme PPE and uniform If you are an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor with a passion for delivering high-quality maintenance services and a commitment to health and safety, we would love to hear from you.
