This is an exciting, newly created role where you can really get involved and make an impact. The ideal candidate will work closely with both the UK team and the Head Office marketing team in Europe to deliver growth for the UK market through digital campaigns, organic search, email marketing and social media activity. Your role will involve: Localising and adapting digital marketing material developed by HQ in order to execute successful group-wide digital campaigns within the UK market and drive continuous improvement in campaign performance to support e-commerce sales Creating growth from organic search by working with content creation, copywriting, keyword strategy and link building Deploying email marketing to customer base including newsletters and content for automated emails (with an understanding of marketing automation & customer segmentation) Managing and optimising social media activity to support the e-commerce sales funnel Supporting work with external PR consultant, including advising on opportunities for press coverage and adapting social media activity in line with identified opportunities Participating in reviews of PPC activity (including paid search, programmatic display and YouTube), as managed by external agency, and give local input Analysing and reporting the results of digital marketing activity results, including key digital metrics, using Google Analytics and other reporting tools; identify potential opportunities and risks You will be the ideal candidate due to your: Minimum 5 years copywriting and digital marketing experience Strong written English skills Commercial focus with a good understanding of e-commerce Good analytical skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Must have good knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console Good to have knowledge of Ahrefs, Accuranker, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising Platform, social media scheduling software (such as Hootsuite), email marketing software This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking team.
